Indian food is delicious and varied but Chinese cuisine is widely varied and regional. Chinese is healthier food because most of it is prepared quickly in a wok. By first searing meat and vegetables in oil, it locks in the juices and before steaming a few minutes. This Chinese culinary technique proves that the food keeps its healthfulness without over-cooking.
Therefore, Chinese, with all due respect to Indian cuisine, is healthier and most delicious.

I have favorites in both Chinese and Indian food. For Chinese: take the Hanan's Chicken Rice!! YUMMY. For Indian: Roti Prata plus lots of curry! But my favorite food is laksa!
