Fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade flour tortillas, homemade re-fried beans, over easy eggs with homemade salsa, and hash browns on the side. Oh, and great cinnamon coffee with Belgian waffles on the side served with fruit and whipped cream. After a breakfast like this you won't eat again all day long. Enjoy!
Favorite large breakfast #2:
Also, cranberry juice cocktail, with Italian eggs. (To make the Italian Eggs take some Italian bread and cut a small oval-shaped hole in the middle about the size of an egg. Heat a little butter and olive oil in a skillet and add the bread. Crack a raw egg in the middle of the bread. As it cooks, according to your preference for doneness, turn the bread to brown the other side and top the already browned side with a previously sauteed mixture of yellow onions, sliced and red bell peppers, sliced which have been sauteed until they are somewhere been crisp and tender. Serve with Italian sweet sausage links and with pancakes on the side. Lots of great coffee. Enjoy!

Depends on what I feel like. Sometimes a BLT hits the spot with some cheddar cheese on it. Other times I feel like a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. You also can't beat a great omelette or classic eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and toast. Yummy. OKay, thanks alot, now I'm hungry. Grrrrrrr!

Big fluffy biscuits and sausage or dried beef gravy (a weird family thing). Coffee and some kind of juice besides orange. Sliced tomatoes.

Good coffee, cinnamon swirl french toast with REAL maple syrup and bacon, maybe even with hashed browns, followed by a slice of cherry pie. Served by a hot waitress who has to lean way over the table in front of you ;) :D

I have a few favorites, Blueberry cream cheese stuffed french toast with homemade vanilla syrup. Blueberry stuffed wholewheat pancakes, Apple stuffed pancakes (with the same syrup) and Sausage Frittata. Hard to say which one we like best. They are all great. Sorry but their all healthy.
You should be able to email me if you want the recipes.
