For all religions, do you ever think "What if I'm wrong?" How often do you think this? (( This applies to Atheits as well. ))

Of course!

Doubt is healthy. Doubt allows us to test ourselves.

I question myself whenever new information is presented to me. I consider it, I test it against my faith, I test my faith against it, and often times it turns out to just be drivel, but other times I can see the logic and probability (or even truth) in it, and I can adjust my faith to be compatible with this new information.

Faith is what we design to answer questions that have no definite answers yet. When we find new answers, if our faith is not already compatible with it, changes should be made.

My religion grows with me as I learn more. This does not work for everyone, but it works for me.

Nope. Can't live your life in fear. If I'm wrong, whatever god(s) exists will either be a good god(s) willing to forgive me for not believing, or the god(s) won't forgive me in which case the god(s) isn't worth devoting my life to anyway and I'll know I made the right choice all along.

Occasionally, but not often. Not as much as I used to. It seems like the more I learn, the less I worry about that.

I have doubts about religions often.
I believe in one God for all, but not in religion made by a Man.

Belief is changable and is dependent with human reason and opinions, truth in the other hand is independent with human opinion.

Yes, many times. The Buddhist teachings have always answered my questions...

"Believe nothing.
No matter where you read it,
Or who said it,
Even if I have said it,
Unless it agrees with your own reason
And your own common sense"
