Ecclesiastes 9:5: " For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten."
Genesis 2:7: " And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul"
We don't have a soul we are a soul.
Ezekiel 18:4: "Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die."
There is no suffering after death. You are just dead...not conscious of anything.

In order to suffer after death, you must have & immortal soul, the Scriptural teaching of the resurrection, however, is not compatible with the doctrine of the immortality of the soul. If an immortal soul survived death, no one would need to be resurrected, or brought back to life.
According to the Bible, the soul dies and the remedy for death is the resurrection. You enjoy the best sleep ever, until Jesus resurrects you, sometime in the future.

No, Only if the Soul has unfinished business. Some people believe that when a person dies, and there was something he or she had to do before leaving this life, They require help to undo or finish the job.
Generally they don't suffer, just the ones they left behind suffer the most.

The Bible says you ARE a soul, you don't have a soul. It also says the dead are conscious of nothing at all--so, how can you know you are suffering if you are not conscious?? Unfortunately, there are scores of false religions that are teaching this junk--the Bible disputes it but people must take time to read it to know.

That completely depends on how we spent our time here on earth. If we have chosen to choose a lifestyle in contradiction to the principles of righteousness, then our soul, or spirit, our true selves, are accountable for that choice. Jesus Christ suffered for the sins of all mankind on condition of their repentance, but if we choose not to repent, then we must then suffer for our sins.

yes it does!you see,we are constantly going trough the inexhaustible mills of the will of God.this mills are constantly moving making sure His will is effective.nothing stops it.
death is just the process of dropping the physical cloak.all personal experiences are not attached to this physical body but to the soul.it will answer to every misdeed at anytime, anywhere when the deed has matured to be harvested!
this is a process that has no end unless man ceases to plant evil seeds and rather sows good ones!
death is not the end of man's existence!

No the bible says the soul that is sinning it will die.
The wages of sin is death.
When Adam sinned God said, "For dust you are and to dust you will return."
Only place that says you won't die is Satan told Eve in the garden. She said, "If we eat the fruit we will die. Satan said, "You won't really die at all." that is when God even told what death was.

Souls are just pretend. You can make believe they are anything you want them to be.
