Find a buddy to work out with. And if you like competing, it can be with anyone whether or not they are with you or not.
Have you tried Yourself!Fitness? It is for Windows, Xbox, and PS2. It is customized routine that is based on what you can do. It features Yoga for cool down too. The Virtual Trainer likes to try motivate you and keep you coming back day after day.
You could try just roller blading or jump rope. Two very easy ones. Boxers use the latter to stay in shape and it is a good cardio exercise.
But most of all, get a buddy to join you.

Motivation?
I've been with a guy for 3 years, and we're recently in a long distance relationship for the first time.
My motivation? I wanna surprise him when he gets back! We've both been REALLY working out way more than we used to, and it's REALLY paying off! I'm hoping to be extremely toned up by summer.
So, when I feel like ditching out on the treadmill, I think of HIM!
And... I think of me in that bikini come summer time :D

I'm the same exact way. I notice that I'm more motivated one of two ways. Dancing.. so I'll dance to whatever music I like for at least an hour (high paced).. which is something I enjoy so I'm not killing myself. But more so at the gym.. I get motivated by having someone else with me. When my husband and I used to go to the same gym together, he used to push me.. he wouldn't let me slack off. That's the type of people we need.

Two things that helped me. Wear tight fitting stretch excercize clothing in front of a mirror once a day. This had me running to go work out. You dont have to dress that way in public, just in you home. Secondly get a treadmill or eliptical trainer (check out garage sales for 2nd hand if you cant afford new), put it in front of your tv, and dont watch tv unless you are using it. Soon you will find you dont want to watch tv unless you are using your exercizer. Really you will, I did.

If you can afford it--join something. I joined Curves 3 years ago and that's worked for me. Every workout I put a sticker on my calendar. It takes 30 days to make a habit. Walking works, too. Think of some non-food item you want and set a goal of X pounds lost = reward or X # of workouts = reward.

those thoughts are frequent. once you're down and you lose motivation bear in mind that each and every day is type new. You on my own get to choose for what to do with each and every day. Be blue. Be proactive and get out and do something. If no longer something is working...step out in a sparkling direction for the hot day. bypass via your dresser and throw out all un needed stuff and stuff it particularly is purely too previous or wiped out. I spend a number of my terrific time cleansing up each and every section that desires a sparkling look with out spending any money. Take a competent long look at the place you're and the place you have been and maximum heavily attempt to think of of each and every good subject on your existence. it is momentary. according to risk a sparkling interest profession? (yet another direction) What do you do terrific, what could you prefer to do?? Take good care of your self and don't over indulge which will make you torpid and no longer able to arise and think of for sure and get going. you're a TC on YA and clearly love dogs..according to risk something to do with dogs could easily make your happy in artwork. My Grandmother could say, "No time for funky temper arise and get going, you're able to do it." upload: After watching all of Josie's %and so on. (greater desirable than anyone else on YA. in case you probably did the portrait of her, you're an artist. you are able to write, draw and have various hobbies. Get going. Josie's reckoning on you. purely look at her eyes and he or she will inspire you!

I feel the same way. The easiest thing to get me to work out was if I had a friend go with me to the gym. Having another person with you can make it more fun and give you social health as well as physical health.

it is extremely difficult to work out at home on a regular schedule. i have tried it manyatime. you could try a neighborhood Y or Curves or any other gym in the area. here they send out all of that information with the grocery ads. you could check your phone book. believe me, once you have a place established where you can excercise regularly, there is nothing left but to go do it.

the best way to do so is to START! you can't do anything unless you start first! once you do so... try to do it everyday... exercise makes you feel good and you'd end up wanting to feel that way everyday... if that ain't good enough to make you feel like working out... think of all the good clothes that you'd fit into again... that's enogh motivation!
