This really works.
I used to have very sensitive facial skin allergic to chemicals and additives in soaps and had very dry flaky skin so I started experimenting with natural cleaners and natural oils to heal the condition.
The following natural home remedy produced really amazing results. This works with any natural, unadulterated oil - a good organic oil is even better. Start a daily or every other day routine, preferably at night, of massaging the face quite vigorously , but not too vigorously at the beginning - as the skin has to adjust, and treatment might cause some reaction -mainly poisons coming to surface be expelled, or some flaring up of spots, blemishes. So if that happens you might want to modify the schedule. But gradually build up to more vigorous massaging say, 10 to15 min or more a session. You will notice in about two or three weeks very noticeable results and if there any blemishes or spots they will have diminished also and in time they too will completely vanish and the skin will have developed a lovely, healthy tone. I have seen this treatment produce remarkable results.- also lessening any wrinkles, sagging and actually correcting aging. You will a find others commenting to you about how much better - and how very much younger you are looking. It's important that you build up to quite vigorous massaging. After the treatment you can tissue off excess oil using water or some mild cleaner.

Make sure you wash your face daily, at least two times a day, before you go to bed, and after you wake up. Always use a moisturizer after you wash, or else it gets dry and flaky, and that makes your skin look older and not too attractive. Keep your hands off your face, because you don't know if they're clean enough. This might cause breakouts. Use some facial cream every day, and make sure you use some type of screen screen if you plan on staying out in the sun for a while. Good luck! Hope that helps!

Yea like couple of other ppl said...use St.Ives Apricot Scrub. And don't use lotion on your face after taking shower. I know it sounds irritating. Right after you get out of the shower its just the 1st thing you want to do is put lotion on your cheeks so they won't feel so tight but try to resist if usually by the end of the day you get really oily skin. Just put on some around your lips. I use neutrogena acne cream if a pimple pops up. I used to have really bad acne problems...i felt so ugly and insecure but then i stopped putting lotion on my face, started washing my face every single day with St.Ives Apricot Scrub and used Neutrogena acne cream and my skin (knock on wood) is clear and soft.
I would never step out fo the house w/o make up and as a result i'd get MORE pimples! The process will take time...it won't go away in like a week but give it a month. It'll make you skin healthy too. I drink 2-3 cups of black coffee everyday and it doesn't show on my skin. I hope this helps. Ohh yea also try to drink more water...clear out your kidneys more often! Good luck :)

i agree with the first persons answer about the apricot scrub one i would recommend is "St.Ives Apricot Scrub" and if you have oil skin or black heads try the one formulated for oily/acne prone skin to keep your pores unclogged so they can breath and also eat a balanced diet so your skin gets all the nutrients it needs and drink a lot of water at least 64oz. (8 8oz glasses a day) and if nothing else works go to a dermatologist and also never put any harsh chemicals on your face such as alcohol or toothpaste because it will only irritate your skin even more and possibly make your breakouts worse and also if at all possible do not wear any makeup because that will only clog your pores even more

Although probiotics have been used internally for many years, there is now topical probiotic that delivers the probiotic spores to the skin. The spores then attach to the skin and germinate forming the probiotic bacteria. Probiotic Action offer benefits such us leaves a layer of healthy bacteria on the epidermis that reduces P.acne bacteria and reduces skin blemish.

she is wearing eye makeup and lipstick at least. Plus the shot is blurry.

In any case, don't compare yourself. Some people have good skin by genetics, other of us have to work hard at it.

I have recently been using 4parts water 1 part vinegar as an astringent on my face and WOW! Amazing.

don't we all wish we had clear and beautiful skin. best thing is get plently of rest, drink a lot of water, wash your face and make sure you use makeup remover if you wear any. i use to have clear skin all through my teenage years and then i started breaking out in college..which really sucks. but i try to deal with it. try to get fascials at least twice a month. it usually helps too.

Cleanse your face with facial cream cleanser, toner and facial foam cleanser every morning and night whether you use make-up or not. Exfoliate and mask once a week.
