GPA:3.5 and up
SAT: 1500 is considered average.

A good GPA is around 4.0-4.5.

For SAT, scoring close to the mean (average)—about 500 on critical reading, 500 on math, and 500 on writing-tells you that you scored as well as about half of the students who took the test.

These people are nuts. A 4.0 and 1500 SAT are excellent. I think good (as in, above average) would be 3.5 and 1200.
