Genetics, as everyone else said. Lots of white people have black hair and black eyes, and there are some black people with green or blue eyes and lighter hair.

I have brown hair and hazel eyes and Im a black person and also i have seen all races besides black people with black hair and dark brown eyes

There are white people with black eyes, well brown actually nobody really has black eyes. I guess its just genetics, although my greatgrandmother might be the blackest person in my family and she had blue eyes. Then again I'm latinamerican which means I'm extremely multiracial.

I know of several caucasians with naturally black hair and several "black" people with naturally lighter hair.
It simply has to do with genetics. Same reason there are "white" people with all different eye colors.

aint no pure race on this earth no matter how people try to make it happen. people have all types of characteristics, nothing is predominately of a single race. i know asians with natural blonde hair and all shades of eye colour. i have black hair and grey eyes and i am black.

Black people are genetically structured to produce more melanin, the pigment responsible for the color of skin, hair, retina, etc.

First of all, it is racist to presume that you know a person's race. Second of all, the prefered nomenclature is not 'black people', it is either 'god kings' or 'hero kings'. Third, maybe you should devote your time into something more important then trying to show ways that people are different. I suggest Jar Jar Binks related materials, which is my hobby

we hjaver dark eyes and hair because we adpated from being in the hot sun all day. the hair is also thicker becasue the sun would have ruined it if it was fine like white peoples.

not true. white ppl can have black hair. and there is no such thing as black eyes. its just a really dark brown
