There's special toothpaste and mouth wash for bad breath. Also if you carry mints that will help. And last buy a tounge scraper because most of the stinch comes from your tounge!

Bad breath is not just poor oral hygiene. Have yourself checked with ENT specialist if the previous recommendations does not help. I have a friend before that has a terrible case of bad breath. He tried everything but did not worked. It turned out his burp was the caused. Opps, I meant gases from his stomach which was expelled by burping without his controlled caused it. It's just one case and I am not a doctor. Try it out. Good luck and hope I help a little. Cheers and don't feel weird.

there are special types of toothpaste for it. Also, get a mechanical toothpaste, they're easier to work with. AND, brush your tounge,(Yes your tounge.) before and after you wake up. It helps get rid of the bacteria on your tounge. Also, carry a small pack of mints. OH, and to tell if you have bad breath (this is gonna sound gross, but it works.) go to a private place and put some syliva on your hand, and smell it. It usually says how good (or bad) your breath smells.

It can be tricky, since it doesn´t only relate to oral hygiene, sometimes it's the result of an underlying problem such as a gastrointestinal disorder. Of course, you have to brush (don´t forgat tongue and palate), floss and rinse your mouth everyday, three times a day. Inform yourself, maybe your bad breath issue isn´t your mouth's fault, maybe it's your stomach!

Floss floss floss floss floss. Seriously. STart flossing every night, and brushing after you floss, and also brush your tongue, and you should be fine. It's just a result of bacteria hiding in your mouth. And you're not the only one in this planet w/ bad breath... it's rather common... but it's simple hygiene, so you can fix it.

It is a lack of oral hygiene. It's okay, I never brush my teeth either. When you get braces, that will change.
