Okay .. I had this problem with my neighbor she always wake me up at 7:00 am. I work late and I wake up late.I talk to her she didint care..I called the police.and she didint care.. so she do it evryday.. I keep calling the police for her.. enyways.. a week latter.. I came home at 1:30 pm. my BF pik me up from work. so I ask him to spend th enight at y apartment.anyways. I went to take a shower.10 minits the police was knocking . my BF open the door. the police ask him are u the household he said now.. and ask him to hold.so he calles me from the shower.I try to came quick. so I get out form my shower. the police was looking at.. and they said."we just reseved and phone call that u have lawd music" I was like.no sir I dont have eny lawd music.in fact I just get home.so whoever is calling is making A fals calls.the police was like" mam Im just doing my job. so whatever u doing pliz keep it down" I said Okay .so I went to finish my shower.10 minits nother police knocking. below the rest>

open the door and I said. ye sir.. he was like" we receved 2 call. that u have lawd music" I was like sir did u listen to eny lawd music he was like NO. I was like.OKAy so.. I know who calling u guys .she the one who have lawd music not me. he was like Iam just doing my job. I said okay. he was like . next time I m ganna give u a ticket. I was like OH okay.. so I close the doorand I went inside.. I was telling my BF whats going on.. my BF was like this is bad man.. the police knoking in my door again.. the same guy . he was like mam I have gave ua tickit. I was like why. he was like. becouse I was standing here for the last 2 minits and I heard u talking to ur BF.. he was like u should be sleep by now. I was like okay .. sir.and ge tickit. for something I didint do it...so what u guys think ganna happend in the court. beocuse he gave me criminal tickite.. do I have to get a lowyer. but I cant afored one.??!!! guys IAm 21
I did talk to my landlord. and they said they cant do nothing

and the police tell me if theu will reseve a nather call. the will arrested me.
but if I went to the police station u think they will give me the report.

File an objection to the ticket that you did not commit any crime. Present any of your neighbor and you BF to convince the court that you did not play any loud music on the night the police came repeatedly.

I feel for ya honey,it,s bad they do nothing to one making loud music and give you the ticket.i wonder you obviously type with an accent so i,m wondering are they of ethenic or of color and police were white ?this may have something to do with the biasness(?) and no i don,t think you have to get a lawyer for a civil matter.Thejudge will probibly make you both sign a peace bond(saying you both will leave each other alone,which is going to be hard to do in your situation.Have you thought about moving?If it conitues the landlord may get fed up and make one of you move. and i must say :you are making an effort to learn english,very good keep it up,amiga~

Personally, if the cop is going to cite you for "loud music" but is stating it is because he heard you talking to your BF for two minutes.... IM SORRY.. That is harrassment by the police officer and improper ticketing. Get a lawyer.. they will have a HAY DAY in court with that one. Go talk to your neighbors NOW and ask them if they heard any music coming from your apartment. And get as much help as you can get and NAIL the cop and the rude neighbor for harrassment.
