yes, indeed. i don't know how old your child is but, i have a 10 year old daughter who is in the room with me right now. from the moment she gets home--unless she is distracted by her friends--she will follow me around the house. she tells me everything that happened to her at school---she spares me no details. even when i beg her to spare the details and get right to the meaty part she can't do it. she must include things like what was served for lunch, whose pencil was stolen, or who had to be sent out of the classroom for disciplinary reasons.
not only that while she is close by she will also remind me of upcoming school events; PTO, Science Night, etc. even though she has made sure to bring home the flyer. if i stopped and she went straight up my b*tt, i do not doubt that it would be dark, but she would still keep talking! mama, can you STILL hear me? (lol).

LOL. Hahaha. No, but I have 2 dogs that do the same thing! The hubby and I always joke that the dogs are plotting trying to injure me by getting in the way and making me trip.

point well taken... there is no way that kids can't break every boundary in the world before their done. just about the time you are ready to get institutionalized the kids at that point will help you think out side the box again, strange to be drooled on one year and spit at later so it will get worse, only the strong survive

had that problem when my oldest(now 32) was 5-6 years old. she was scared that i would leave her and shed never see me. it took a couple of years for her to realize id be there and for me to find out that someone had been telling her id leave or die and she would be left alone. most children go through this, especially if they are only child, reassurance helps, but patience and time and playmates will help

Probably all parents can relate to that. But it is even worse when they are suppose to be teenagers and are doing that, as it increases the pain level. Ha!
