If you are truly in love, age doesn't matter. Love is too precious to be limited by rules of behaviour. Enjoy yourself.

Who cares how old he is, if the too of you like/love eachother than its worth it. Age doesn't tell anything about a person except how long they've been breathing air. All of the important things are determined by the individual. I think you should go for it, life is about living it and taking chances on things you love.

if he really likes you then I am for certain that his age would have no affect on your relationship....just don't set yourself up to be hurt....use your common sense on the whole issue and I wish you the best of luck......I am 25 and if I met a 40 yr old woman I loved to be with and befriended her..I would have no issues with age....its all about how well you took care of yourself over the years, to me that says more about a person

Go for it!
You've answered your own question - he obviously makes you feel great, so why not?
Life's too short to worry about what other people think, and just remember...the older you get the less obvious the age gap.
Just let yourself be happy, ok? :)

Age doesn't play a role in anything (unless they're under 18). If you two connect, then so be it. Have fun. Life's too short to worry about a number.

Age shouldn't really matter as long as you guys enjoy each others company. Keep on dating this guy but don't rush into anything. Take your time and see where it leads you.

Not in the least. Your situation makes you a lucky person, in my humble opinion. At 26, he is fully an adult and has long, rich years of sexual primetime ahead of him. You and this man are both of age...I say go for it. It works for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.

Don't let age come before happiness. What would be the point of being with someone closer to your age if you weren't happy?

So what is someone dates a person under their age? Look at Hugh M. Hefner and The Girls Next Door....
