Rhythem is the way that a melody is broken up into seperate measurable segments defined by the meter of said melody. Often times a melody has no meter and is compleatly free flowing, but more often than not in western popular music and artistic music there is a standard meter and rhythem

Melody came from Europe, rhythm from Africa.

The melody brings you to tears, the rhythm brings you to your feet.

The melody will bring the female to you how ever you want her,
the rhythm will drive her up the wall, onto the floor and out of her clothes. The two together is what I'm all about!

There are lots of rythms. Birth control, heart, music, etc.
What do you really want to know?
