imposing democracy; you are using the word imposing !!!!! it means that it will be by force. read the history and you will know the result.

Moreover if you are talking about American democracy ? Even the USA government will not accept to use it , do you know why ?

If there is democracy than parties like Hamas will win the vote in the Islamic world ; it will be the nightmare for the USA; lol because it will be the wake up of the empire who is in coma state.

Christianity, or at least Catholic Christian is never "imposed" if u did some research u would see that most catholic conversions happened AFTER the missionaries were put to death, their brave deaths impressed the native Americans (correct terminology for u there) so much they decided that they too wanted to be Christians.
democracy is not a religion. its a form of government. and democracy has proven itself to be fairer than a dictatorship, unless u think they had it made over in Germany when that guy Hitler was in charge.

It is up to each individual if they want Democracy or Christianity. No one is forcing the two cultures to do either, and don't force Muslim and Indian on us. Leave all alone, excepts what you Love and what your culture is. Do the best in what you believe in and be proud of that. But the old saying is: Live and Let Live. Don't worry about the others. Just worry and take care of what you believe in.

No ones a political system ones a religion. There is a big difference. I would die for my god before my country. Its also why we look at wars differently. What happenned to the jews was wrong they were killed for their beliefs. However we argue about vietnam because it was part of the not so cold war. Communism vs Capitalism (notice I didnt use democracy here).

Nowhere near it, teaching Indians who the Great Spirit actually was is nothing like teaching Muslims that their religious hero was a thief and a murderer. Lots of difference. BTW, Indians could not fly.

not really because your dealing with religion and politics, two seperate things. i assume your alluding to iraq, the problem there is that unlike here there has never been a seperation between 'church and state'. so they are not used to having a seperate government run the country, verses the rules of the religion.
