I was talking to my friend today and she was telling me that she got light headed and almost blacked out. I told her this happens to me, it used to happen everyday. She said I wasn't getting enough nutrients. Is this what it is?

It sounds more like low blood sugar. If your body is using fuel to move around and you aren't feeding it properly it becomes depleted. Low blood sugar is dangerous. You should eat at least every 3-4 hours and if that time comes in between meals have some fruit or a protein. Your body is starving for fuel.

that would be highly unlikely these days. Maybe if you lived in Africa and only ate rice. this actually used to happen to my daughter pretty often too. I took her to a doctor and they tested her blood , she was fine. She hasnt had it happen in a long time now. Try to figure out if it happens more often when you are on your period. Also make sure you drink plenty of water.

that is possible but without you seeing a doctor not one person on here could say for sure and if they did they would not be wise
go see the doctor.
