there is not any best. No such factor as a best. what's the best television which you ever watched? what's the best mountain? best is a concept in accordance with a selection of perceptions. there is not any such factor as best, there is function and there is variety. What do you %. i like the sony, panasonic, technics, something this is made in Asia ought to be best. I have no would desire to checklist the previous reason I easily have experienced it, yet once you sense it somewhat is that imporatnt, and are on a fastened funds, i'm particular that in case you call a digital makeing or repairing place which you will desire to purchase, or they'll sell you something for how ever lots $ you have. quite dang basic. i'm The Consumerist. hear me roar.

hi! :) sorry i don't know about dvd camcorder prices. i'm trying to respond to ur email...yahoo won't let me send a message to u because ur email address is unconfirmed.

so here's my response to ur email about planning for pregnancy...
------------------------
i live in the U.S.A.
Please check out:
http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~pregnant/pregnant.html
this is a website created by our government department that monitors our food & drugs.

folic acid: looks like u r meeting the basic folic acid requirements that a pregnant woman needs (minimum is 400 mcg.) again...i want to emphasize to not worry about overdosing on folic acid...it's more important that u get enough.

calcium: most likely not enough. if u let me know what ur dietary intake is of milk products (like what kind and how much) then i can give u a better estimate of ur calcium supplmentation needs. by the way...162 mg of calcium is hardly anything. u need 1000 mg/day and when u become pregnant...u will need about 1200 mg/day (some experts say 1300 mg/day).

if i were u, i would switch to taking prenatal vitamins. maybe ur husband can take the centrum so that they don't go to waste? another option is waiting after u stop breastfeeding to resume taking the centrum...just check the expiration date of the vitamins to see if this is a realistic plan.

i forgot to mention that iron is also a very important supplement. u will need 27 mg of elemental iron/24 hours...notice that i wrote elemental...different companies report the iron quantity differently...sometimes they factor in the weight of the entire salt as opposed to just the actual amount of iron it gives.

another good reference for nutrition is:
http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usdahome

i hope this helps. please feel free to email me if u have more questions/concerns.
