http://www.ccleaner.com This is a very excellent state of the art technology cleaner that comes in many languages. Also you will get frequent updates of all new version. You just click on the program where it says "check for updates". This will take you to the webpage an it will either say you are upto date or they have a new version. If they have a new version, you just download it an it will remove the old version at the same time of the installation.
Comes with default. If you don't like thier defaults you can set your own. I use this cleaner in both of my computers.
Program is clean with no hidden adware or trojans.
Will also remove tracking cookies.
