need advice pliz??!!?

the story is, I live in apt community with my friend..my neighbor live under my apt.. she listen to loud music... every morning and night... the problem is... I work late so I sleep late so I wake up late... she wakes me up everyday at 7:00 am... one day I went down to talked to her about the music.. so I asked her to keep it down because I need to sleep... she said okay ... then I went back to my APT... she doing it again... so I couldn't take it I called the police.. I the police talked to her.. then she turn it down... a week letter.. she doing the same thin I called the police again... one Friday night I came home about 3:00 am ... I soon as I Lay down she start the music... my Friend call the police again... the police came and they talked to her and she turn it down... anyways... 2 weeks letter.. I wake up I went to the balcony.. I see.. her Van by the balcony .. she was blocking the walking road... I she shouldn't do that.. I m like .. hell NO NO AND NO.....what she thinks ...

If she wanna do that she can get he own single house then she can do whatever she wanna do.. I called I community office and report what happen.. they came I cough her.. they gave her a warning .. if she do this again shes OUT..I was happy ... anyways .. 2 weeks latter.. I was working late....I finished around 1:00 am. my BF pick me up .. so I get home about 1:30 am..I asked my BF if he wants to came with me for Lil bet.. he said Okay....I open the door ... I went to the kitchen. to make some food.. exactly at 1:40 my roomette get home.. she was to tired so she just say hi to me and to my BF,.. and went to her room... to sleep.... I hared someone knocking in my door... I asked my BF to open the door.. she tell me the police .. Was like okay.. there was 3 officers I asked her how my help u.. she said I just received a call the u have Laud music .. I was so surprise ..I said do u heard Any loud music... she said no.. I said well who ever is calling u is making foals calls... she said

I said OKAY....I went back my BF was surprised I told him don't be I know who called that ***** leave under me .....I told him don't worry about it I get the food we star eating and talking i..15 minits a anther 3 police officers were knocking in my door.. my BF want to open I as-aid no..let me tacked to them this is ridicules.... the police told me we received second call that u have lowed music .. u know the low here cant allowed u to do that.. I tell the officer .. look I don't have Laud music I don't listen to lowed music... I don't have a radio or a stereo... if I wanna listen to louder music I ll go to the club .. and listen the whole night.. I just get home.. whoever calling u in fact my neighed is the one who listen to ;louder music and I always called the police for hes .. she the one who breaks the law all the time not me.. he was like I m just doing my job...I told him I know that's sir.. he asked my what are u wake Intil now..

I said why are u asked me that... he was like its 2:30 am.. u shouldn't be wake,,... and do u have kids I said no.. he was like is there is anybody El's here I said yes me and My BF and MY ROOMETTE... he said are in the lease I said yes.. he said how old are u and how old u r BF.. I said IAM 21 and hes 23.. he was steering at me and my BF .. because hes African American and I am Whit....the police tell me well I Gianna go but keep it down or El's I will give a criminal ticket... and if u dint keep it down Aim ganna arrested u.I was like OH OKAY no problem.. I went inside I tell my BF did u see that he was like yeah... what .the **** what that... my roomette waked up she asked who was it I was trying to tell her what was going on.. 2 minits the same officers knocking my door again for the 3Th time.. I said yes he was like I was standing here for 5 minits and u still talking...I have to give U A ticket.. i WAS LIKE OH OKAY THIS IS MY ID... THEN he gave me a ticket...for something

I did int do it...my roomette was like look out side there are still there .. I was so screed to get arrested...so my BF turn all the lights off and closed all the Windows.. the police officers was out side for 30 minits.... I was so psst... I asked my BF to sleep over my house. the next morning I went directly to my community office and complain.. the community manager asked me to cam back at 4:00 pm..because my nighber need to came too... at 4:00 pm I went back to the office... in privet room the manager and me and the nighber .. the manager asked me to start talking.. I did tell her what .. hap pend... she asked the neighborhood what happened she tell her.... I was in the hospital last night ... I came home at 12:00 am I was so sick I heard foot step and doors closing so hard.. at the apartment so I called the police... the manager tell her.. the police will never came if u tell them foot steps and loud talk.. they can never came... for something like.. that... she asked her u

r car by the balcony u should int do that.. and u called the police for her for nothing... why did u do that.. she tell her.. I know her from high school... I was so surprised for that.. I was like what high school she said..the high school I used to go to.. I was like well I don't remember u..... she is only 22 if u see her u think she 35.. she have 3 kids... I was like well this have nothing to do with it ...if u felling bad that I don't have kids and I don't have hard time like u.. I didn't chose to live like u...so ....the manager tell her will Aim ganna call the police officer.. and tell him what happened...she start crying.. and bullshit... the manager asked me if she want to go to the hospital she said no I want to go home... anyways the manger call her mam...to Pike her up... she was acting like Lil *****... anyways...after she lift the manager tel led me ...I be-live u ... she lien.. I'm ganna send u my rebound in the mail next two days.. I said.. what... what about if she do

do the same thing do day ... I don't want to be arrested for stupid thing.. if she is sick she can go to the hospital...the manager said that's all I can do for u.. I was like OK YA.. I waited for the respond for 2 weeks nothing happened... I called the office she said the manager is busy.. I said will can u asked her what the respond she was like okay hold on.. she put me on hold for 12 minits then she was like the manager said she cant do nothing to u... mom .. I was like oh okay.. well..I giving u my notice Iam living for this damn community.....now I have the court date next month.. I don't know if she ganna be there or not.. I do want to get a low yer but I cant afforded one... I don't in cases like this what ganna happened at the court.. thank u guys for reading my story...

First, tell the office what she did...calling the police on you for NOTHING!

Go to the police, explain to them what is going on and file a report if you can. Ask them if she isn't breaking the law by calling them falsely on you. Go see a lawyer and ask them if you can sue her for harassment. There are lawyers you can see for free for the first visit. There is also Legal Aid. You NEED a Lawyer!!!!...As Soon As Possible!!!!!!!

Or: Wait long enough for her to be kicked out. But with these two options, you'll have to put up with her cr@p.
