You can do 500 sit ups a day and not see a six pack. You have to lose your tummy fat first....and that may be hard to do. Try eat 6 meals a day, and each meal is no larger than 350 calories. Do that for a week and then switch to 4 meals a day with 400 calories. Also, exercise, exercise, exercise!

You've already got one. Everyone has one. However, for 99% of the population, it's buried under a layer of fat.

Therefore, you not only need to do ab exercises (crunches, body ball, etc etc) but also get your body fat percentage down so that the skin rests against those muscles.
