wow, thats nasty. lol.
Why don't you brush two times a day. Also i hear baking soda helps whiten your teeth. Why don't you apply it on your teeth. And also buy the whitening strips, and buy the whitening toothpaste. Also if you do smoke, stop. That will also help.

There are whitening products available retail (Crest White Strips is one)...also whitening toothpastes, get one of those and brush regularly...drink coffee or tea through a straw (helps keep it off of your teeth, both those drinks are notorious for staining teeth)...
There also used to be a chewing gum that had tooth whitening properties...if it is still available, it would be something you could chew in between brushings...
Good luck!

There are a pair matters you'll do this have labored for me. Avoid darkish pops & espresso beverages- each stain your enamel. If you do not wish to make use of the Crest White Strips-- which do paintings... I use a Listerine Whitening Mouthwash that does not include the equal aspect results (i.e. touchy gums) because the white strips. Be cautious it doesn't matter what you do-- the teeth for your enamel is excellent touchy!

I use crest white-strips and the special whitening crest toothpaste vivid white with a powered toothbrush. Works very well, much better than regular toothpaste and regular toothbrush. Whitestips are little pricey but definetely worth it.
