I hope you mean the chocolate kind since that is the only kind of no-bake oatmeal cookies I know of. Here is my recipe that I have used since 1978, when our high school was selling cookbooks put together by local people.
Chocolate Quickies:
1 stick oleo (margarine)
1/2 C. milk
2 C. sugar
2 heaping Tbls Cocoa
1/2 C. peanut butter (I prefer crunchy because I like the peanuts)
1 Tbls vanilla
3 C. instant oatmeal

Combine first 4 ingred. in a pan, bring to a full boil. Boil 3 min, remove from heat. Stir in van. & pb~add oatmeal; work quickly and drop by tsp onto wax paper or foil. Hardens fast - makes 65.

Be sure that you boil the mixture for precisely 3 min. or they turnout a gooey mess. Still taste good~just messy!

No-Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup milk
1 stick butter
½ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups rolled oats

Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk in pan and boil for 1 min. Stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients, and mix together. Drop with teaspoon on foil paper. (I use tin foil instead of wax paper - I have better luck with them setting up on tin foil)

Tip: I have used this recipe for years, and I know can be tricky, be sure to add the exact ingredients, no extras, and be sure to boil the hot mixture for 1 complete minute.

Enjoy!
