NOOO!!! each baby has a sack. Why would you want to so that any ways

The sack never came out of the Momma's butt. It's from her womb/vagina. A Mamma cat normally licks it off and eats it. This replenishes her strength after her birthing.
You should take her to a Vet right away in a safe, comfortable box, or carrier with the birthing towels, or blankets. DON'T separate her from her kittens.

regardless of in the event that they do no longer 'look' like they have issues on the exterior, they're going to in all probability have issues on the interior. learn teach that inbred cats are regularly much less healthful than non inbred cats. they have an inclination to have dermis issues, liver or kidney abnormalities. some are born without tails (maximum persons think of this could nicely be a Manx.) they could have continual ear issues. The record is going on... it relatively is basically no longer a sturdy thought. I hight advise getting them neutered.

That sounds sorta gross, but that's apart of life. No I don't think the babies sack is supposed to go back in her. If you fell more safer talking to a veterinarian I would. Cuz I don't think our answers will help you since their our opinions. OH and not to be rude or any thing, but you spelled "BUTT" wrong.

NO. This is serious. If you don't get that out she could get an internal infection and DIE. I kid you not. If she does not pass it within 24 hrs take her to the vet IMMEDIATELY.I know cats who have died from this, but there are those that squeeze it out with the next kitten.
