One good answer is that popping your knuckles is a bioflex
response. The ordinary day when you are busy, you could be
writing and using your hands. This is a must that you consider
you are showing everyone, or someone you trust, or behaving
the way you like to be seen and trusted. Any odd habit can be
damaging because it is not positive. This general practical
knowledge is called traditional thinking. Meditate on some
pretty object, and swallow the colors and beauty because
they make themselves visible again inside of you. Pretend
that you have a meditative solution to some distress. This
helpful attitude is the better choice then oddities, and tidbits.
You growing stronger may make many growing changes a
subject for you to make good planning, exercise and prayer.
The time you use well is a powerful increase to your soul.

What's really happening when you "crack" your knuckles is that you are either pushing the joint back into or out of its normal position. Joints are the meeting points of two separate bones which are held together by connecting tissues and ligaments. A thick, clear lubricant (made mostly of carbon dioxide and some nitrogen) called synovial fluid is found between the bones. When you stretch or pull your finger to get that desired popping noise, you are causing the bones to pull apart. Pressure is reduced on the synovial fluid and bubbles form that quickly expand and then burst - which is why you get that noise.

Not everybody's joints crack. Some people have a larger separation between the bones and some people can't relax enough to allow the bones to separate. If you can crack and someone tells you, you're going to get arthritis, thy r just yanking your chain. There is no scientific evidence that cracking your knuckles leads to arthritis.

However, it can't be good to repeatedly push a joint beyond its normal physical range. Besides that, it's annoying.

no i don't think it does no one really knows why knuckles pop but some scientist say that it isn't bad for you at all and some them say the popping noise it makes is from little gas bubbles being poped in your joints
