Como el tiempo transcurre

2006-11-08 12:06:32 · answer #1 · answered by Sergio__ 7 · 0 1

Small errors in the answers.
If you used the first version, which sounds Central American, it would be better to say, "Segun transcurre el tiempo." The "como" is a little awkward in that sentence.

For "transcurre," you can also substitute the less formal "pasa." ("Segun pasa el tiempo" or "Con el pasar del tiempo" - "With the passing of time." )

A more abbreviated version, which will occur in narratives about time, is simply "Con el tiempo," which is literally "with time" but conveys the same idea.

cuando el tiempo continúa-- Which literally means "When the time continues."

Como el tiempo transcurre means "as the time passes."
