It certainly is good that the Minuteman Project is ready, willing and able to do at least part of the Job that the President continues to refuse to do. The only time these folks have to worry about anyone getting hurt is when THEY, in the name of "free speech" are the ones doing the violence!
I haven't heard one instance where the Minutemen were violent towards illegals or their opposition. I HAVE seen where those who oppose the Minutemen were violent towards the Minutemen. Wish I had that link where those ILLEGAL immigrants and their supporters stormed a stage at a university where a Minuteman was speaking. It was despicable but not surprising since violence and shouting down people seems to be the only way these lawless losers can debate anyone!

I'm proud of anyone who works towards a real solution of the problems. Radicals and fanatics, no matter what side of the fence they are on deserve our scorn.
The Minutemen did not bring the issue to the forefront. It was always there but nobody had enough of an incentive to deal with it. When illegals started to demand some rights then the self-righteous jumped up in indignation. While the illegals stayed in the background without complaint, many were glad enough not to deal with the issue.
I have to say that I am disappointed, not so much by the ignorant and uninformed individuals yelling stupidities, but by those Americans who under the guise of reasonableness condem the illegal without looking at the industries, and other factors in our own economy, that contribute to this continuing problem. It seems to me that as a nation we are less informed than we should be; most seem to only shout out the popular phrases of hot-button topics with no depth of understanding.
Despite the frequent ignorant comments I see and hear, I am hopeful that those who truley value America will find an honest solution.

I believe they and their ilk are a disgrace to America. The only thing that they brought to the forefront is updated vigilantism. They offer no constructive solutions to a very important social issue.

The minute men do a great service for this country! They need to be given more authority to deal with the alien invasion! Hat's of to every one that participates in the minute men! I thank you!
I don't like the fact that illegal Mexican invaders of our country, are catered to by the bleeding heart liberals, and the Mexican's who came before them!
Something has to be done to stop the invasion and send these invaders back to Mexico. All they do is come here and talk about how great Mexico is. Well if it's so great, why did they leave?

to SAVE OUR TROOPS. I would love for all YOUR passion and all the others influence to bring an end to a senseless war (and rotation after rotation). Then when we do THAT........mount a defense that will be fair to both sides of the illegal situation.

Minute men are KKK members without the funny white hats. They feel that if they act like they're helping this country out normal citizens will be blind to their racist beliefs. They may have fooled you but there are many of us they haven't.

I'm very proud of the minutemen. god bless them. and the la ca ca, oops la raza and mencha run their mouths and have no proof to back there jaws up. Lou dobbs backed up that Rosa thing the other night. she said she did not have to have proof, but contradicted her self and ask Lou for proof. Lou laughed at her, and in a polite way called her ignorant. he he.
