Green tea has no weight loss capabilities. And beware of anything that proposes you "clean out your system"! That can be dangerous.
More than likely, what you're hearing is that caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant and tea has caffeine in it. Tea does not have as much caffeine as coffee, however. And if you look at most appetite suppressants or "diet pills" sold over the counter, they are mostly all caffeine.

No. If there was really a miracle tea, or pill or diet then it would be all over the news every day for a long time. They would have new reports on how it affected different people and how much weight people lost and how it reacted with other drugs people were taking, you know, the whole in depth thing.

i don't believe it can directly make you lose weight, but it does promote general health and well-being, which will in turn indirectly effect the factors that induce weight-loss.
green tea is very tasty and good for you. spearmint, lemon, and chamomile are also quite wonderful.

they say green tea does, but it didnt work for me, u cant drink green tea then go eat a big mac and loose weight, that isnt gonna happen

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
