Pushups are more for the extensors. Best for biceps would be chip-ups! :-)=

not very, its better for stomach adn chest. also help with the breating.

pullups are good for biceps, or even better get some dumbells adn just put weight on there so you can only life them 3 or 4 times. sit on a char and do it one arm at a time else you might hurt your back.

0, pushups work pecs, tris, and front delts. secondary on abs for stability.
