I would talk to an eye doctor, but i would say it is stress. It may not be specifically about what you are doing at the time. I have had it happen to me to and it is usually when I am stressed out when it happens the most.

I always thought it was nerves that make your eye twitch. I used to get it real bad. I think once you get the kids to bed your body is finally relaxing enough and your eye twitches from your nerves from the days stress....

The twitching can be tension related. Is bed time streeful? or are you doing more stuff after they go to bed and is tension related? The blurriness, I would get checked out.

Your nerves my dear, your nerves. See someone you can trust and talk to. I am not saying you need a "shrink" - but someone you can trust, like a psychologist (he doesn't write Rx's).. you have too much on your plate and need to talk to someone. The eyes are "the windows to your soul" - look after them. This is Not a medical condition, but a Nervous Condition.
