Recently, I noticed a recipe to make carmalized apples, or something like it. Some of you might have noticed my sweet tooth question earlier, and I was wondering if this was still healthy.
You take apples, add some sugar, and sprinkle each apple slice with cinnamon. Then you heat it in the microwave and extract the apples from the melted sugar substance.
My whole family loves them, including me. They take me minutes to make and are delicious. Are these really bad for me? Should I stick with the pomigranite and pray the stains come out (haha)? Or can I enjoy them without worrying?
