well first you go to sound recorder.Then when you play the video turn on the sound recorder [the sound recorder will only work if you have a sound card]. then you put save and put it into my docurments.then go to control manel and press portable audio devices.hook up your ipod shuffle with a usb cord and it will come up.Drag the song from my documents to the file and it will be on your ipod.
