You will need to go into the Control Panel and install a keyboard layout for Cyrillic. It's really simple. Here is a website that goes into step by step. Good luck: http://www.lionking.org/~timwi/t/lj/linguaphiles/tutorial.html

OK, obviously you have it on your computer, so you may just need to switch it on. Try pressing the "shift" and "alt" keys at the same time - this should transfer it to Cyrillic. You do not actually need a Cyrillic keyboard, as long as you know which Latin letter corresponds to which Cyrillic letter. A tip - if your Cyrillic is "phonetic", then "q" will be "я".
If this is the case, send me a message, and I will give you the rest of the corresponding letters.
Which language do you want to write in, as there are different Cyrillic fonts?

I use a way to write Languages I know, but it may look boring to ya. On word, click Insert-->Symbol. Then see "Asian..." in the left choose (Cyrillic) or something like that. Now, you have the Cyrillic Chracters in front of ya. Click on the one ya need twice, it'll be inserted into the word document.

You can use this online Russian keyboard and then just copy and paste it into your messages.

Hint - if you paste it into MS Word, make sure the language of the document is Russian, otherwise it may convert the font into unrecognisable symbols

And I have a spare Russian hardware keyboard, can sell if you want.
