Yes, its almost 20% higher than normal. However by continuing to learn and studying, and applying himself, he can do better!

I am under the impression that anywhere between 90-120 is average for most. Under 90 and you are flirting with a mental deficiency and anything over 135-140 and you are approaching genius level. Those are generalizations based on IQ testing available online and may be slightly off as I have not done anything with IQ testing for quite some time.

Not really, in comparison to the norm, AFAIK.
But then again, why would you want to put any stock in those things, anyway?
The only IQ tests with any shred of truth and backing would be the Mensa test and the Stanford Binet-5.
