I am learing how to be a good writer and find away to increase my voca use also to communincate or share my ideas with other people ...please help

And practice, practice, practice!

I have always been a poor english student. But are you in high school, or taking classes in college? If you are taking any classes I would recommend taking research paper its a lot of work but in the long run very helpful. Also speech classes have helped me immensely. If you are not taking classes anywhere.... I take a dictionary where ever I go and if i hear a word i am unfamiliar with or dont know how to spell it I look it up. Also the obvious is reading more. Think about how you communicate with other and think of how you could do it differently.

Personally, I think the best way to become a good writer is to read. The more you read, the more vocabulary you are exposed to. Also, you begin to see different styles and appreciate what works and what doesn't (in your opinion anyway). I think that you should write as often as possible. Pick a subject and write a short essay. Then have others read it and give you pointers.

Read more books. Keep a dictionary and thesaurus by your side so you can mix things up a bit. And of course practice practice practice.
