Erm... I am not very clever with words, and I don't have much info at hand to start with.... but then that's the challenge.
Well lets analyse the facts. The object is a heart. Which has withstood battering and grief (know of one at least), but is not heavy with the burden. On the contrary, its witty, charming, curious as a kitten, adventurous, can dream her socks off (in a good way) and romantic to the core. Now each of these qualities can make someone stand out, but all in one? - wow.
As the autumn sets in, I observe even the leaves falling, even the tiniest, lightest ones cannot float for ever, they must fall - that's the law of gravity. Yet we have this heart, laden with all its mysteries, it floats high above the clouds, rides rainbows and gives a warm glow for all us dreamers. Urging us to dream.
Yet this heart can melt, and all I need is the right words? Is the English language so rich? What can you say to something so precious and rare? I am at a loss of words. Sorry!

I don't want to sound gruesome but to melt someone's heart would take 1400-1800 degrees Fahrenheit. Oh that should make anyone week at their knees. Sorry it wasn't what you were looking for. LOL
