"Me gusta queso", which means "I like cheese." But if you wanted to say that you LOVE cheese, then you would say "Me encanta queso."

Me gusta el queso
Me= derivative of I
gusta= like
el queso= the cheese ( in spanish you must refer to a word with an either male or female ref. before the word)
Now, you can also say: Me encanta el queso
which means I love cheese
encanta=enchanted, love
Hope this waas helpful.
