call her or ask her by her locker at school. dont do it online becuase shell never know if your being serious or just being fake. she doesnt know if you and your firneds afre talking to her and making fun of her. do it more personally. just say:
hey, i was wondering if you'd wanna go to the movies or hang out with me sometimes, like a date if you'd like
make it very clear it is a date not just friends becuase then shell be unsure how to act. and dont be all 'im so cool your luicky im asking you' be almost like well im kinda nervous asking you but i reaqlly want to go with you i f you know what i mean

Just ask her "if you want to catch a movie" or something! But 1 thing i really want to say to you is DON'T STALL...a guy's doing just that to me, and I don't like that very much!

Walk up, introduce yourself, say, ok now we've met." If she smiles, introduces herself, or wants to continue a convesation, ask then. Keep it simple.
