How do i approach a guy, but I don't know anything about him?

There is this guy i see around campus (college) daily, we have the same routine I've gathered. Stand in the same line for food, sit in the general same area... but sometimes he'll be on the other end of the cafeteria. I think he is really cute. He is almost always by himself, as am I. I want to go up and break the ice/say something/introduce myself. but I can't for the life of me think of anything. We've seen eachother around, we both know it... made eye contact. I might've even smiled a bit. I"m really shy, so having troubles with approaching him randomly.

Ask him a question, like, is anyone sitting here? What are you taking? etc. Takes the pressure off of having to come up with some thought out dialogue, let him talk about himself a bit.

Everday, just sit one table closer to him. It will be kind of hard for him to notice if it's only one table a day. You could try a day where most of the tables are full or occupied by a few people, and go sit at the same table while building up the courage to talk to him. Don't go straight for the kiss, otherwise he will think you're a whore. Talk with him for a few days. Wait for him to ask you out. If he makes "the move" (during movie, pretend stretch/yawn to arm around you then getting closer and stuff), then ask to take it one step further (bf and gf, so don't ask if you are already.)

First, make sure you don't have broccoli in your teeth, and then walk up and say "Hello, I keep seeing you around the campus, and we seem to be in the same places at the same times, I was wondering if you'd like some company at lunch"
Then, use your womanly wiles to pry information from this enigmatic male.

Easy go up and say "I'm sorry, but you look just like an old friend i used to know..." that could easily break the ice. If ur a little more outgoing try a cheesy pick up line.

I'm shy too . Especially with boys but if u really want to now this boy then u should try to talk to him when hes siting alone . And as soon as u and him get to now each other more mabe he would ask u out .I would take that Chance before he goes out wit some ther girl.

you just march it on up there and be like "hey im _______...whats ur name?" "o yea i know ive seen you around before but so i thought id introduce myself....(1) mind if i sit here?" (or) (2) well see you around i guess..." just be natural and hey maybe hes the one for you and you'll never know unless you break the ice so what are you waitin on? start saying hi to him for a few days in a row, then ask his name and say you see him around alot, ask what he studies, then ask him if he would like to go have lunch. It's easy. The only thing he say is no. Until you say something you will never know.

well what you should do is just go up to him and sit bye him and say well my name is so and so and then talk about school and then before lunch i over ask him to study some time and then make a date and if he says no just move on but first make sure he has no gurl friend and that work out good for me any thing else than just e- mail me @ [e-mail] and please follow the steps(..........lol..........)
