I live in oklahoma and i don't know what licences to get or how much beer i should buy. Also, i need to know what brands would be best to sell. Thanks so much!!

ok I do know about alchohol.......get your domestics of course, some imported,make sure you have new castle, guiness, sierra nevada....and I know vodka...make sure you have Grey Goose and Vanilla Stoli....GOOD LUCK

Get an attorney and they will be able to help you get the licenses and keep you in compliance.
You are really very far from knowing enough to have any kind of chance right now. Inventory and what you offer are the least of your problems. Do you have enough capital? Can you live the first couple of years when you probably won't make much? What is the market in the area like? What is rent going to cost?
This is exactly why 95% of businesses fail in the first five years.

You need to talk to bar owners or take some small business courses. You sound like you know nothing right now, and any biz you started like that would fail quickly.
