Not sure what you mean, but Siddhartha (Buddha) was raised in the Hindu faith. A lot of the concepts of Hinduism have thus found their way into Buddhism.

There are innumerable Hindu sects just like the Christians who broke off into so many.. The knowledge comes from the Vedas which came with the whole creation. Krishna says int the Gita "Whenever there is a decline in religious principals and the truth appears to be lost I appear again and again or send my representative to reestablish the truth." so Krishna appeared on earth 5,000 years ago though He is God Himself. He spoke the Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) It is the only text where God spoke directly. The others are commit through His representatives. But through time mental speculaters, Theologians, etc. put their commentary on and rewrite as they do in all Scriptures. so God has to come or send his Representative again and again to reestablish the truth.
