My cousin is in a stage where she notices her stretchmarks on her sides, stomach, legs, and inner thighs. She has done nothing but complained and asked me how to get rid of them in a healthy way. I said to eat healthier food, but she says it isn't working out. What else should I tell her besides eat less junk and more healthy food? She's not big or anything and wants to lose her pudge (Lower stomach fat). What can I tell her to do? Please help! I think I'll die of her whining soon!

Tell her to rub COCA butter on them, that works, or go to Avon's website they have this wonderful creame that gets rid of streach marks, gauranteed! I used it, I had these really thick fat streach marks on my love handles I used that as well as working out and they went away!

I'm an Avon rep, if you have any questions, feel free to email me!

A good moisturizer should do the trick. There is a product just for stretch marks and it is called "Palmers lotion for stretch marks".
Also, some stomach crunches twice a day 25 reps. She should notice a difference in 30 days You can get the stretch mark lotion at Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens almost anywhere. Very inexpensive.

Stretch marks can be diminished by applying Vitamin E cream. They won't completely go away, but it will help. She is just growing faster than her skin can accommodate, so it is vital that she drink lots of water and use lotion after baths or showers, too. As for her lower stomach, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to target an area to specifically lose weight in.

The only way she's gonna do it is if she eats better and less. If she's too lazy to do that then tell her to quit bitching and get used to being fat.
