i know for me it's brains not looks. u can be cute as hell but be the dumbest thing walking. there is way more to a person than just their looks. if that is all one bases their decision on then they are bound to get hurt. a person is more than just what they look like unfortunately in todays society many base their decision on looks alone and look where they end up hurt, single, divorced, etc... don't get me wrong there are some cute smart people but there are also some ugly smart people. I'm just saying that you shouldn't just pay attention to a person's looks alone you should look at the WHOLE package!!

The way a person looks is usually the fist thing to rise in a relationship because there has to be physical connection however I feel that the base of the realationship should be on the inner things the things you most have in common and why you like being around eachother and hopfully its more than beacuse you like looking at the other perons face!

When people "get together" for a night, looks are more important. When they get together for a long time, it depends on the couple. Some couples I've seen together for a while are bored to death of each other but they think their significant other is really hot, and worth dealing with the boredom. Other couples that last together beyond that initial looks stage are together for brains.

Lots of people get together for a casual fling based on what the other looks like. But if you can't carry on a conversation with them the next morning, it's going to get old quick.

You have to be attracted to the person, that is important in any relationship, but also is the attraction to the inner part of the person. SO both are equally important.
