I have a foolproof recipe for any type of cobbler. All you do is using a large can of a canned fruit of your choice, empty it into 9X9 pan. Next you will need a white cake mix. Pour dry mix over the fruit and dot the top with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until the top is golden brown. This really works. I make peach cobblers all the time this way and they are delicious.

Hi!!!
Here is a recipe that I have made in the recent past:
Cranberry Cobbler
From the January, 2005 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Orange zest in the crust and the filling adds depth of flavor to this sophisticated and unpretentious cobbler.
INGREDIENTS
Topping:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
6 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup cranberry juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Preheat oven to 350°. To make topping: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended. Beat in extract and orange zest. Add flour, baking powder and salt, and beat until fully blended. Set aside.
To make filling: In a 2-quart shallow glass or ceramic baking dish, combine cranberries, sugar, juice and orange zest.
Spoon topping over cranberry mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until filling is bubbly around the edges and topping is brown. Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

enable me basically make it easier to realize what's the main suitable cobbler i've got ever made...it relatively is PEAR Cobbler. Use basically sparkling pears that are ripe and placed lots of freshly grated nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon interior the blend and on suitable until eventually now serving with vanilla ice cream.
