well.. i know a guy at work likes me and has done for a year but over the last 3 months we have got a lot closer..i have a boyfriend and he knows that.
When he told me he liked me i did say i would go out with him if i did not have a boyfriend and its true, i would. cos he is nice guy ..but then on friday he was wanted a hug from me...and i did not want to jus cos it might make things a lot worse... and friday was cool but after i told him no..and gave the reason of "i cant say" he has been real off with me.
We had a good relationship but since last friday he doesnt talk to me at all. and i have a feeling another girl probably told him not to talk to me,
and at the pub just now he let some of it out... he called me a head fcuk...
what does this mean?

It just means he is being driven crazy by the fact that he wants you and you sort of gave him hope by saying that you liked him too. What's more, you haven't kept your distance but fostered a platonic relationship with him in which you are simply happy to enjoy his affection but he wants more. So he feels that you are 'fcuking' with his head.
I've been in his shoes before and it is maddening. Best not to take advantage of his affection for you unless you actually intend for things to go further, because it seems that he will only be happy with a full relationship, not just the occasional hug.

Ignore it. Stay with your bf.
That guy might be gay, and being teased about it. He just wants to show to his mates he is not. And as you have a bf, you're "safe".
Tell your bf about this guy and ask him what that term means. He'll probably knock some sense into his head (quite literally). Sometimes a bloody nose works wonders to reform a person.

he thinks you are leading him on. you say you would be with him if you were single, but you aren't single, yet you still hangout with him..which is making you both like each other more. be straight up honest with him. and if you have a boyfriend and are liking another guy, YOU as a person need to step away from this guy. you are ruining your relationship with ur current bf. think about it, eventually you are gunna start comparing ur current bf to this guy at work.

He got mixed signals from you... for whatever reason, he was led to believe that he had a chance with you, and it could have been your body language, and then you verbally told him no.

it means he is a jerk,and you should give him some space to grow up,you have a relationship,focus all your free time on him and when your other friend grows up,maybe a friendship will come out of it.
