How do I set a picture in MS Word (full page) and use this as stationary and then enter text over the picture. I know how to import it and send to back, however, the text appears on the next page.

You could paste the picture in the header. It will appear on all pages.

right-click on the picture -- cl Format Picture -- select Layout tab -- choose "behind text." -- close the header and begin typing.

Another way would be to insert the picture, right-cl, "send to the back."

Draw a text box. Right-cl and select "sent to the front." Be sure the "fill" for the text box is set to none. Drag the unfilled text box over the picture and begin typing within the box.

You can do this by setting the picture as a Watermark.

The best way to show you how to do this is by providing you with http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA010563291033.aspx?pid=CL100636481033

Insert as a header. Or look up inserting watermarks.
