Rather than writing one for you, I'll help you with a few ideas...Im sure you have already written of your personal fantasies, but what about the receiver's fantasies? Step into his/her head and think about what they like. Of course, if you arent too modest, the raunchy stuff always works too. Since it is just writing, and not promises, I'd have fun with it and go crazy!

Forget about the prisoner and find a man whom you can experience all that with. If you insist on keeping the prisoner panting, write about stuff he knows, dropping the soap, shanking with Brutus, being a punk for the gang members, stuff like that.
