you're thinking backwards . .

start with whole grains . . .(don't eat white bread) brown rice, oat groats, or whole wheat

then eat lots of fruits and vegetables

then some milk products (the chocolate syrup is probably not real healthy . . try getting chocolate powder with no additives to add to your milk . . .

then meat and legumes . .

the blueberry oatmeal is probably healthier since the oats are closer to a whole grain then the white bread . .

White bread egg white and chocolate milk would be healthier because it's less sugar, zero cholestreol, but the chocolate milk would need to be substituted with white fat free skim milk. If you want a little sweet taste add a teaspoon of Splenda.

That second meal sounds really gross and made up as a joke. Corn is a terrible food to eat!

sodium it's really bad for the body because it makes you retain too much water
the egg white sandwich (specially the white bread) corn and chocolate milk it's a worse meal to have - white bread too starchy. have the blueberry oatmeal instead. i hope this helps.

Honestly, it's all about calories. The latter sounds like it would have just as much carbs as the first. Ones more fiber-filled. The eggwhite sandwich is good but depends on condiments - that could crank up sodium.

Eat in this order. HIGH CARBS which also include fruit and vegetables so eat plenty veg especially the dark green leafy kind. MED PROTEIN eg fish meat especially chicken and turkey or any other fowl. and dairy produce. LOW sugar fat and salt and if eating frozen read the label and watch out for dehydrogenated veg fat as it is the most fattening of all the fats. You need CARBS for energy and your body will use calories to convert the carbs into sugars for energy. FAT is already fat so you wont use many calories to digest that and you need PROTEIN for building your body.

The white bread is up to 50% plaster of paris filler and has nitrate traces which when combined with protein store in your fat cells and cause cancer later. You choose.

Go for the egg white sandwich as the egg whites have a higher protein content which will keep you full. Try it on whole wheat bread for fiber also.

They both are crap. Way too many carbs in the first one and way too much sugar and carbs in the second choice. Eat some protein (egg whites are fine) and some vegetables.

sodium causes a lot of health problems, like high BP etc, carbs can be burned and the body does require carbs.
