I want to lose weight, but I don't know what the best way is... Is it better to run before or after your meals? And is it good to run before going to sleep?
What do you think I should do?
I have a treadmill in my house, but I don't know if what I'm doing is helping, so I would appreciate your advice...

Generally, you should use your treadmill when you have time and the energy. The time of day should not matter that much. However, I suggest not running or doing exercise right before you go to sleep. It can make it difficult to fall asleep. Some people prefer to exercise in the morning..while others prefer in the afternoon or evening. I like to exercise after work. In the morning, I am too groggy. I am sure you can find the time you are most comofortable with and have most energy.

I feel it is better to have a light snack and a glass of water before cardio exercise and wait about 30 minutes before exercising. I would not advise having a large meal before running..because your stomach will feel sick and it will not be fully digested by the time you run unless you wait and hour or two. Keep a water bottle near the treadmill in case you need fluids while you are running.

In order to burn fat, I suggest adjusting the incline of the treadmill up a percent or two. This way it will challenge you more. Also, vary the intensity of your training...maybe try running fast and hard for 5 minutes and then 5 minutes..at a slower pace. Alternate intensity to keep your muscles and body guessing..thus burning more calories. Be sure to run for at least 20 minutes in order to increase your cardiovascular fitness.

run any time you like morning is a good time before breakfast, treadmill is a very good idea as you can run any time you want

If you run in the am, you'll burn calories all day, great if you have a desk job or your in school.
If you run before bedtime, you'll burn calories whilst u sleep, without the hunger all day.

there's a machine called the arc-trainer it really works maybe you should try it!!!
