I have a really good friend thats female and ive know her since fourth grade. I am in 8th grade in her class and dont know if will last.

If you two are TRULY good friends, chances are you will probably maintain your friendship through high school (which I'm guessing was what you meant). If you want to strengthen your friendship, do something subtle and nice for her to let her know how good of friends you two really are. If you do enter high school and the relationship starts to weaken, just remember all the good times that you shared and make new friends. Sometimes, you can drift apart but there might be a time where you can pick up where you left off and still remain best Friends.

It is natural! Maybe she is changing and she is reaching higher. Not saying you're low or anything, but That happened to me and my friend! Known her since second grade and in fifth grade we hated each other! You can also ask her if she is still your fiend, but sometimes that makes people sound dorky!
