First of all, please choose the right foods to eat. Protein is important for muscle development. Vegetables, fruit, nuts, sees and grains need to be part of a healthy diet.
Walking is the best exercise. Lots of walking, regular, brisk, fast. Swing your arms, more them from side to side. If you want to run, choose very good running shoes and don't over do it.
Beyond that, your standard home exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, jump-rope, etc are excellent.
Yoga is a great. So is Tai Chi.
Good Luck. You're on the right path.

You could use the milk jug resistance. All that the weightlifting does is tone muscles. You can do the same with a jug or two of milk/water.

You can do situps, pullups, Place a heavy object in your hands extending them in front of you and twist your mid-section from side to side, run, you can stand on a step and go up and down on your tipie toes( that works your calves).
