No they shouldn't be put off, Why what makes you any different from other girls....Nothing ..Just cos you are virgin some guys think it a challenge to be first, others well they will respect you,

Anyway it's not a Guys right to have sex with each girl he goes out with, so I admire you for being strong and implore you to only give it up when you meet the man who you feel is worth losing it too....

Otherwise save it to marraige then give it to your hubby..Cheers

Man what a jerk. I waited 5 weeks to have sex with my boyfriend but i'd known him 10 years at the time. I was a 20 year old virgin. I'm the only virgin my bf has slept with. I would think this would make a guy feel special. And be a turn on. My bf even said it's kind of a turn on, but at the time we did it i didn't know i was a virgin (i have a very bad sexual encounter when i was 18 and since i'd never had sex before i didn't really know what it was like) I'm glad i lost it to the guy i'm with now, instead of the guy when i was 18 because he was a jerk and only wanted sex. We'd both been drinking and i was staying round my bestfriend's boyfriend's.

How is the guy going to know whether you are a virgin or not unless you tell them. Just go out with a guy that you like and I'm pretty sure that sex will not be mentioned straight away and if it is, is that the sort of guy you want to date. Similarly if a guy dumps you when he finds out that you are a virgin, again what sort of bloke is he, if he likes you he will like you as a person and like your personality, he will not care whether you are a virgin or not. Besides which you should be proud of the fact that you are still a virgin, hold your head high, as some girls your age would love to still be virgins

ive never met a virgin, at least not in the last 20 years or so, but if it was for dating, then no problem there, I dont expect all dates to end in sex. And who knows, if anything came out of the relationship to another level, then the guy would really appreciate a virgin bride.

I would think that a man would be more turned on at the fact that you are a virgin. Also, I think that with all of the pressures of teen years and growing into adulthood that you have every right to be proud that you are one. Any guy who would be put off at the fact that you are... does not deserve you and any guy that seems to pressure you also does not deserve you. Way to go!!

Of course not. Sex is sex, but dating, going out, etc is a social thing, sex is just part of that and usually comes in time, excuse the pun.

As a guy, it excites me to go out with a virgin, firstly I'm not going to catch anything from her and furthermore the concept of ultimately sharing in that once in a lifetime experience, losing your virginity, is something well worth wating for.

It depends on the type of dating, if you're looking for a partner, or whatever you want to call a long time relationship with a member of the opposite sex, then it's fine to wait. If you're just out for a bit of fun for the night forget it, you can't go 'c0ck teasing' so to speak and expect not to get laid.

Enjoy it! Good things come to those who wait!

Two types of guys..
1. those who will have sex no matter... virgin or not.
2. those who respect girls who are virgins.
Go with how you feel and don't be in a hurry to give your self if you are not ready..

To be honest, guys wouldn't be put off from dating a virgin unless they put down a time where they believe and know they will lose it. If you say that you don't plan on losing your virginity until you are married, then guys will be absolutely put off. They may try and date you to change your mind, but once you reaffirm yourself to him, then it will definately stop guys from wanting to date you.

I think any guy that is "put off" by you being a virgin is stupid. Being a virgin is something you should be proud of! Don't rush into anything you aren't ready for. When you are ready, you will know... and until then... forget any guy that is put off by you still being a virgin.

Any guy who would be put off with you being a virgin isn't worth giving your virginity to.
